What is the relationship between the NetBee platform and DigiSun?
The NetBee platform is a proprietary, knowledge-based software solution engineered and developed by DigiSun. All core infrastructure management, enterprise deployments, standardized hardware provisioning, and direct technical support are officially delivered by DigiSun.
Can NetBee be deployed on private on-premise servers?
Yes. For enterprises, healthcare centers, financial institutions, and organizations with strict internal security policies or isolated local networks, NetBee supports full On-Premise server installations within your private data center with offline operation capabilities.
Can standard existing commercial TVs connect to NetBee?
Yes. You do not need to replace your current displays. By connecting an industrial Android media player or a Windows Mini-PC via HDMI to your existing TV or display, the screen instantly integrates into the NetBee signage network.
Which media and content formats are supported in the management dashboard?
NetBee’s management console supports Full HD / 4K video files, animated and static images, dynamic web pages (URLs), live video streams, currency/gold exchange rate widgets, real-time weather feeds, prayer time tables, and live RSS news tickers.
Is API integration available for other internal enterprise systems?
Yes. Through NetBee’s standard REST APIs, you can seamlessly connect the platform to queue management systems, ERP, POS and inventory software, internal SQL databases, and customized enterprise bulletin boards.
How are automated on/off display schedules managed?
From the central dashboard, you can define daily and weekly operational schedules for individual screens or display groups. Devices will automatically wake up and start playback matching business hours, and switch to standby mode after hours to optimize energy consumption.
